Preparing the Chicken:

  •  Heat a few tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat in a large pot or deep skillet.
  •  Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook until fragrant.

Cooking the Spices and Chicken:

  • Sprinkle the cumin seeds into the pot and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
